- Usual check-in time is 3 PM - 8 PM. Late or early check-in can be arranged if the booking is prepaid. We send clear instructions so the guest could make self check-in. We kindly ask to contact us by what's app, telegram or email and let us know about the check-in time you need.

The booking or the other service of Bronza House can be paid with the foreign bank card (Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay) via a web link. It is completely safe. This is the only option so far if the guest has no Russian Rubles in cash.
The guests with children under 7 yrs old can be accommodated only in the apartments, not rooms. Please make sure you choose the appropriate option.
Any parking space in the city is to be paid.
Usually one can find available parking space next to the buildings. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
